Rain and green grass, calves and time in the saddle– spring is here!!! May is potentially our busiest month of the year. Suddenly, everything seems to speed up as the long days and warm weather inspire projects that have been waiting all winter. Calving keeps us close to home since we check cows around the clock. Additionally, having kids and horses fit to compete in High School Rodeo every weekend means there is never a dull moment! Luckily, we still have lots of beef in our family freezer. Sausages are a staple, steak is a birthday and Mother’s Day treat, and slow-cooked roasts stock the horse trailer for good food on the go. How is your beef supply holding up? We’ve been filling lots of requests for ground beef to top up your freezers!
This is the time to reserve your bulk beef. Our beef season runs from July through October with butcher and delivery dates scheduled months in advance. Dates are filling up. Send in an order form and deposit to secure a date and fill your freezer with premium, grassfed, grass-finished beef. Thank you for choosing us to be your ranchers!
